Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments) only as needed to deliver our service.

Terms of Service

By renting equipment from EasySpin Washer Rentals or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Equipment Rental Agreement.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are governed by our signed Equipment Rental Agreement (v3 or later). The terms in that agreement (including payment, late fees, equipment responsibility, and repossession rights) are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

2. Payments

Rent is due monthly via automatic payment through Stripe. Late fees of $5 per day apply after the grace period. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for all rent, fees, and charges as outlined in your rental agreement.

3. Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned to us. You must return the equipment in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted). Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to you.

4. SMS Communications

You consent to receive SMS messages related to your rental account, appointments, payments, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental with proper notice as outlined in your Equipment Rental Agreement. We reserve the right to repossess equipment for non-payment or breach of terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

EasySpin Washer Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the rental period in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
